The primary functions of an edge banding machine are designed to enhance the quality and appearance of panel edges in woodworking and furniture manufacturing.


It applies edge banding tape to the edges of panels. This tape can be made of materials like PVC, ABS, or wood veneer, and it provides a durable, moisture-resistant finish.
The machine applies adhesive to the edge of the panel before attaching the edge banding tape. This ensures a strong bond between the tape and the panel. After the tape is applied, the machine presses it firmly onto the panel to ensure a tight and seamless fit.


Trimming and Smoothing
